The Johnson & Johnson School Nurse Fellowship Program at Rutgers University aids in preparing school nurses and their supervisors to better confront drug and alcohol abuse in adolescents.

Over time, the program has become a resource for school nurses whose students face these problems.

The program needed a website not only for promotional purposes but also to serve as a resource for past, future and current school nurses and program participants to aid them in their work
